Caroline is a dynamic and accomplished female aesthetics business owner and Clinical Director with a wealth of experience in healthcare. Armed with a Master’s degree in Advanced Practice and certification as a non-medical prescriber, she stands at the forefront of aesthetic medicine.
With an extensive career spanning 32 years in advanced nursing, catering to the needs of children, young people, and adults, she brings a rich tapestry of expertise to her practice. Her journey includes serving in executive director roles within the NHS, where she honed her leadership skills and deepened her understanding of healthcare management.
Driven by her passion for natural enhancement and rejuvenation through aesthetic medicine, she has dedicated herself to providing safe and effective alternatives to surgical procedures. Her commitment to delivering outstanding results is matched only by her dedication to listening attentively to her patients’ desires and concerns.

Izzy joined the skin studio team in June 2023. She is a dynamic and multi-talented individual with a passion for aesthetics, law, and creativity. At just 22 years old, she’s already making waves as the Marketing Manager for us, where she brings her keen eye for detail and innovative ideas to promote the skin studio’s services to our discerning patients.
Beyond her role in marketing, Izzy is pursuing her paralegal career, with a top law firm.
But her talents don’t stop there. In her free time, Izzy indulges her creative flair by baking exquisite cakes that not only taste divine but are also stunning works of art. Whether it’s crafting intricate designs or experimenting with unique flavors, her cakes never fail to impress.
With her diverse skill set and unwavering determination, Izzy is poised to continue making a significant impact in the aesthetic industry, all whilst adding a touch of sweetness to the world through her delectable creations.
